Staff excellent, room spacious with comfortable beds, pleasant swimming pool with bar, restaurant and spa available. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. Short walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. WiFi had some issues. a perfect stay in Phuket.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just across from a shopping center and next to the otop markets. It was also conveniently situated near Patong beach, so I was able to easily enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, this place was right near the center of town, making it easy to explore all the shops, restaurants, and bars.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I chose Bauman Grand because of its ideal location near the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services offered by the hotel. The restaurant at Bauman Grand served delicious meals throughout the day, satisfying my appetite and making dining a delightful experience.

During our stay at Bauman Grand, we had a family emergency and two of our family members had to leave early. The management was incredibly understanding and refunded the second room that we had booked. This level of compassion and understanding made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any needs or requests. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a TV, a comfy bed, and a great bathroom with both a bath tub and shower. The hotel also had a wonderful swimming pool that wrapped around the inside area, complete with a pool bar where we could enjoy drinks. The buffet breakfast at Bauman Grand was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options from Thai food to international cuisine, croissants, fruit, yogurt, and more. It was a breakfast that would satisfy every palate. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient spot, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, the Hard Rock Cafe, restaurants, shops. our stay at Bauman Grand was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very comfortable room, beautiful pool with bar & happy hours, Excellent staff, Beach is 7 minute walk. Convenient location with restaurants, convenience stores, shops and pharmacies nearby. Spacious rooms with good variety of breakfast options. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking lots. Fast internet.

Everything was spot on.

the location was superb, being close to Patong beach, shopping centers, restaurants and bars. We loved the convenience of having everything nearby. the breakfast spread was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the pool was amazing and a great place to unwind after a long day out. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities.

We did notice that some of the facilities were outdated and in need of repair.

The hotel was a great place to stay during our city trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great bed and plenty of seating. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the refreshing pool.

The only negative aspect of our stay was some confusion with the billing for the minibar beverages. We recommend double checking your bill if you use the minibar, as there may be some miscommunication with the English language.

Bauman Grand is one of the best-known resorts in the world , with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. They even have a poolside bar, in case you need another reason to drink.

The WiFi is as slow as a snail on crutches. Good luck trying to stream your favorite show or even load a simple webpage.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch - I especially enjoyed the pool and the massage sala. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. Plus, the hotel was always clean and tidy.

Great staff and friendly service. the location couldn't be better! A buzzing area, bustling with life, with an amazing market, restaurants and shops at your doorstep; it was easy to explore without having to go too far. the pool area was a highlight, plenty of chairs to lounge in and a splendid view. Plus, the breakfast had a great variety of options - filling us up for our exciting day of festivities!

The room was a bit small for our liking. Noise levels were also quite high, so if you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs.
